My partner and I have really enjoyed bringing our puppy and cat to the clinic. We’re met with kind and knowledgeable staff every time. Our questions get answered with patience and treatment plans are thoughtfully prepared. We appreciated being given a range for our cat’s dental surgery, so we had a realistic estimate of the cost (no surprises). Thank you for caring for our furry loved ones!!

Always a great service, really appreciate the environment everyone creates at the hospital.

I had an email and text message appt reminder and I confirmed both. I also had 3 phone calls with appt reminders in the 3 days prior. A bit too much. If I have confirmed by email and text I wouldn’t expect another 2 phone calls. The follow up call was a nice touch and we are happy with our first experience.

Dr. Dawn was fantastic. She was caring and easy to talk to and was great in providing me with resources for my cat. Thanks.

Thank you to Jason and team in getting Mimi cleaned out I checked the backend of Mimi 4-5 times a day to ensure there is no bullet butt and the colour is her normal butt colour, not red. She is on pumpkin and laxatives as directed and wet food is mixed with water. She likes the gravy consistency. Mimi has her annual appt scheduled for Sept 21. However, if we need you before that date, we will be sure to call. Thanks again for assisting Mimi. GREAT TEAM

Great customer service

We received at least 7 reminders for the dental surgery and it was very confusing because the times differed from what I was told during our office visit. I had to call in to make sure that the time I was told was correct. The vet assistant that reviewed all of the results with me when I picked a Penny up was lovely - took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. (Melanie?).

The staff is excellent and jason is very honest and is an amazing vet. I live half hour away and wont go to any other clinic but uxbridge animal clinic
