So fantastic! Very patient with us as we are learning how to give insulin. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and for taking such good care of our Heckin Chonkers Higgins.

There s a lot we talk about in the exam room and it s sometimes a stressful situation. As a result I often forget what I need to get or do so a written TO DO list at the end of the visit would be helpful.

As always friendly staff Roxy is very comfortable with her visits, and loves the treats and attention she gets when she is there

Staff was great and doctor Ben was excellent. Dr. Ben did say he would have talias X-ray of the puppies emailed but I have not received that as of yet. Thanks for the prompt and excellent service. Sincerely, Doug Blackborow.

I wish there was a doctor on call for after hour emergencies. Driving over half an hour to Newmarket or 40 minutes to Whitby feels like a lifetime when a beloved pet is in trouble. Other than that, I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

This hospital has been looking after our Golden since she was a puppy. You will not find a better Veterinary Clinic to care for your pet anywhere else in Ontario. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Wayne and his staff has always taken care of Codie’s family’s pets and I am happy and reassured to have Kali in good hands!
