It is a bit of a shock when you go to pay. I understand that tests are expensive, I think I would rather know up front how much I’ll be paying. That being said, the people there are worth every penny, especially Dr. Cole.

Admittance to my appointment was fast and efficient. Strict Covid rules were all in affect. Very comfortable taking my pet in for the examination and always impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and the veterinarian

I would like to thank all the staff that were so kind to my Kitten. Same day appointment was truly appreciated. He is recovering nicely and I credit all your assistance and knowledge for that. Follow up after the appointment was greatly appreciated.

What I really appreciated was two-fold - first that the vet tech Teresa stayed on line with me when I panic-called thinking I was lost - she helped direct me to the clinic and never was rude or impatient with me. Second was Dr. Ben who treated me professionally and never questioned any of my choices but agreed with me at least about spay/neutering a kitten and listened. Provided me with info as he is probably asked to but did not try to push/enforce any beliefs onto me.
