Most of the time our visits to the clinic are for preventative care for happy, healthy pets. Sometimes sadly, our visits are for sick pets. But always, always, regardless of the reason for our visit, we are treated with kindness, softness, empathy and respect. Thank-you to the whole team for that, you’re doing a stand up job:)

There was a bit of mix up with scheduling but glad the front team was able to accommodate us because we had a serious concern with our brand new puppy. She was on day 4 of loose stool. Veterinarian Dan asked if we had a poop sample. Didn’t think to bring one. A reminder on our booking call would have been helpful. Thank you for taking good care of our new puppy and getting her fixed up right away.

This is the best place in this area of Newmarket to take your pet. All the staff are animal lovers and will treat your pet as you would. I can recommend them without hesitation. Cheers Wayne Bishop

The whole team is very warm and personable. The nurses and doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and it is obvious that they really love what they do. I am very happy with my switch to this clinic.

All vet techs and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The follow up to Whiskey appointment was appreciated and allowed me to ask further questions.
