Technician gave great recommendation on the best way to hide antibiotics Tablet, by making a meatball around it and feeding it to the dog. My dog loves eating his antibiotic meatball. Thank you for the great service.

Thankyou to Dr Dan and his team for everyone’s collective efforts in support of Mischa. It is truly appreciated. Would like more detailed instructions written down upon the release to client on what pill to mix with what. By the time i got home and the cat was recovering it was 4 hours later, and I’d partially forgotten some of the verbal instructions. ( possibly because i hadn’t slept in many days because of worrying about her all night long).

Dawn is truly the best bet! So caring and personable. She is incredible with our dog making the experience of going to the vet a pleasurable one! Thank you Dawn for being so knowledgeable and professional!

I found the staff at the reception desk and the doctor himself to be quite pleasant and helpful. Inuk s appointment was handled efficiently and thoroughly. I (and Inuk) was very pleased with everyone s friendliness, professionalism, and sense of humour.

My response to #2,3, and 4 didn t seem to take. I was trying to check off the 5th star on all of them. Our appointment for Molly went very well. It is very traumatic for our kitty to go for these visits to the vet, but Dr. Wayne is very good with her.

The staff were upbeat and friendly so this helped create a positive experience for both myself and the dog.
