Dr. Nathalie took the time to check over my dog and gave me a great explanation (in words I could understand :)) of everything that is happening and what might occur.

It’s a great clinic but nail trimming is very expensive for the few minutes it takes. Comparison to other places the cost is high.

Vera was very helpful at getting my suffering cat seen on short notice. Dr. Dan was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of options to consider.

UVH has always been the best Vet around. There are others closer to me but I choose to use UVH. The doctors are compassionate, skilled and fantastic at what they do. The staff make my pups feel safe and cared for. Keep up the great work!

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Cecelia. She was informative and empathetic. She followed up when she said she would and took the time to explain all my options. She also looked into my dog’s food and suggested alternatives as he is prone to ear infections.

My only comment on an area of improvement would be in regards to the front desk staff. 90% of the time they have been fantastic - the other 20% have been cringe-worthy interactions. The techs and vets are top-notch so it more than makes up for it, but definitely something to be aware of.

The Velcro collar is very hard to keep on and my dog has gotten it off many times no matter how I secure it. Also awkward and heavy. You guys are great though

Everyone is so kind! They all care so much about all our pets and want what s best just like us. It s heart-warming to feel SAFE taking your loved furry baby somewhere you trust he/she ll be taken care of! All vets are absolutely the best! Front desk is exceptional!

Thanks again for doing everything you can to make vet visits as best as possible, when our dogs are so anxious.

New RVT was very patient with both our beloved pets despite how scared/anxious they were. Helped manage slight reactivity and did so without having to use a muzzle. Thanks for making the annual vet visit as seamless as possible. One suggestion I have (I forgot to ask when there) is that you add a line item to annually scan pets microchip, if they have one. It is piece of mind knowing the animal has one and gets lost, however if for some reason it doesn t work - it s no use! Hope to have our scanned at our next vet visit to double check.
