This appointment was for only a nail trim. But, everything about the appointment was perfect. The staff is great and, while I don t know how you do it, the office was clean and basically fur free. The wait time is always minimal... very respectful of my time. Thanks for taking great care of Buxton.

I recently moved into this area and had to find a new vet for my 3 very senior Italian Greyhounds. Finding a new vet is never fun, especially when your pets are basically in hospice. However, I found this to be a very easy and nice transition as the vet took quite a bit of time with me and 2 of my dogs. I thought I was bringing my 17 year old boy to say goodbye, but he s all better now and the come back kid lives another day! ?? My little girl is being treated, but we re still waiting on test results. ??????

We were impressed with the Vet s explanation and the discussion of possible diagnosis and the approach. He was honest and the staff were upfront with costs of interventions. I was under the impression that I wasn t being upsold on anything and I liked that. The practice seems honest and caring.

Dr. E. is terrific. He always gives more time than I think he has to discuss all the options, ideas, results, and share his excellent dog sense with you. It s really quite remarkable since they are slammed at times, but no one makes you feel rushed. Not to mention he is an excellent diagnostician. He not only explains the what but is very good at explaining the why . He is very clear and helpful in the decision tree process of next steps for the pet. And, as if that wasn t great enough, the techs and admin are friendly, pleasant and helpful. RNAH is a wonderful facility and I am sooooooo grateful they are located right in my backyard.
