It was wonderful how much time Dr E spent going over every little detail about his appointment with my dog.

I have had bad experiences with past vets. This facility is the best place I have ever been to! The entire staff was so kind and reassuring and made me know my cat was being taken care of. Dr. Echolds took the time to talk through EVERYTHING with me and it was such a great feeling to be heard and know my cat was in safe hands. I look forward to having both my cats be under the care of Rancho Niguel Animal Hospital. Thank you!!

This appointment was for only a nail trim. But, everything about the appointment was perfect. The staff is great and, while I don t know how you do it, the office was clean and basically fur free. The wait time is always minimal... very respectful of my time. Thanks for taking great care of Buxton.
