It would be helpful to know the cost of certain items up front. If it is suggested my pet take a supplement or something of that nature, the cost should be shared so that a decision can be made more easily.

If a friend asked where I took Mac to the vet, kennel or groomer, I would definitely recommend these services, but I am not going to go out and recruit new business. Not my style. Lately, I feel like there is a bit selling happening and it makes me uncomfortable. I like the country doctor feel. That is why I go to these services in Carroll vs. Howard County.

I wish I had known more about how my pet would feel and the requirements for after care, before agreeing to the surgery. If I had known in advance, I would have only had my pet s teeth cleaned and not had all the tumors removed. I don t believe the tumors were harmful to my pet s health. I feel unsure why it was recommended that I have them removed. My dog is very whiney and this is very stressful to me. I have a heart condition and am supposed to avoid stress. I leave the house just to get a break from my pet. Everyone working there is fantastic and made me feel like a valued client.

We got there a little earlier than the appointment time and were able to be seen right away, which was wonderful! Dr. Reinhardt treats our little guy with such compassion, she is amazing!!

No complaints about the visit. But many time IMO vets try to get you to get every vaccine and test there is, and I don t think people want to spend that kind of money. I know I don t, but they weren t pushy so it was a good experience.

You are excellent with our little Hazel. We are really please with your clinic.

Dr. Reinhardt did an excellent job with providing a thorough examination with Romeo. She provided guidance and suggestions concerning my senior, diabetic dog. She is very knowledgeable on the subject of diabetes and senior dog issues. My only unfavorable observation was that the lobby area appeared less than pristine--being unclean/unkempt. I am a new client and my initial impression walking into the office was one of disappointment.Regardless, the staff were kind, respectful,and friendly.

My Rat died while in with you guys, but I know it wasn t your fault and I was really impressed but everything you did to try and save him, so thank you :)

This is our first experience with puppies and this was the best place to go with them.
