I brought my dog in for a ruptured anal gland. I m happy with my visit except for 1 thing. I asked the person who took my dog if they could trim her nails while she was there and was told yes. I also asked the person who called me saying they would be putting her under if they could trim her nails while she was out because she hates having them trimmed and was told yes. Unfortunately, my dogs nails weren t trimmed during her visit. It s not a huge deal, Just disappointing that 2 people told me they could do it and it didn t happen.
