I want to thank the staff for helping me get my cat to the office for her annual physical and injections and nail trim. And I want to thank Maranda for picking up my Harvey Girl. I appreciate all the staff and the accommodations they provide to make sure my dog, who suffers from anxiety, is comfortable and feels safe when he is there. I love getting a phone call update from Dr. Brian or the staff at the front desk to let me know how my dog is doing and what the dr has found while taking care of my pup. Thank You all so much for taking the time to help ease my pups anxiety when he first gets to the clinic. We will continue to recommend Your clinic to other pet owners. :) Thank You for all you do.

I seem to be having a problem with clicking to choose excellent for all categories. I have an apple iPad. My reply is EXCELLENT for all questions. Love you all. I will add that if I were upset, you would know it.....don’t think that will happen. Love and hugs to you all.

I think any concerns I have are due to the restrictions we all face due to the pandemic. I am more comfortable staying with my pets during veterinary visits, although I understand that it is not possible at this time. I am pleased with the care my dog received, I would just feel better having face-to-face consultations with his provider. I would like to see the clinic offering telemedicine options like Zoom or FaceTime as a standard service until the time we owners can stay with our pets during a consultation.

I was quite disappointed to find out I could not pay with my rare coin collection....

The entire staff treats me and my pet so well and they are kind and understand when pet owners get a little nervous about their pet. I appreciate all the extra safeguards that have been put into place during the Covid pandemic. I will be happy to return inside and see all the office staff again someday. Happy Holidays.

The doctors and staff of the Animal Clinic of North Topeka have been wonderful, loving and caring towards me and my dogs for eight years since “the boys” were three months old into adulthood. Whenever we’ve had a health issue, the medical care has been great and the staff fully explains lab reports and treatment plans to me. The doctors and staff treats all their pet patients as though they were their own pets and everyone like family.

I would like to be able to speak with the Dr in person. It allows me to ask more questions about my dogs condition.

I understand that there are Covid protocols in place, but I d like to accompany my pet inside. Stop leaving customers out in the parking lot to just wonder what s going on inside.

I m not sure if my scores were rec d, but I chose 5 for all of them. I am always pleased with Animal Clinic of North Topeka. They are kind and helpful and very accomodating, especially when I want to bring in two animals at once. I also trust their knowledge about pet care. I will continue to come to this clinic as long as I have my pets! Thank you again for all that you do. P.S. I forgot to mention their concern for the safety of everyone during this Covid pandemic! The exam room I was in smelled like urine. I am not familiar with your building so I couldn’t tell you which one but it may be something others are not aware of as they have acclimated to it. Otherwise, the visit was excellent. Dr Crow was very accommodating, empathetic, and informative. The vet tech was great with Millie and relaxed and helpful to me as she remembered that Millie’s ears needed attention at the last minute!. I appreciated being able to come in and talk face to face (with masks ??). Your place has a great reputation. Should have come here years ago. Thank you
