The staff there is excellent.

This was my first visit/encounter with the Animal Health Clinic of North Topeka. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I greatly appreciated the call I received from the veterinarian (Dr. Crow) who treated my pet. I plan to utilize the Animal Health Clinic of North Topeka for any further health care needs my pet might have.

Dr. Crow was very pleasant and really listened to my concerns and gave me options. This will be his new vet office for sure. From Clint answering the phone to getting him in to all the front staff and vet tech as well. Place is clean and smells good too. Thanks Dr. Crow and staff.

We have always been happy with the care provided at Animal Clinic of North Topeka.

Even though I live a little over an hour away, I still bring my pets here because they are like family. They care about both the pet and human clients.

A great staff and they took care of all our needs. A total professional environment. Great people to handle our fur babies.

Everyone seems to care about the animals. We always get in quickly. They always take time to talk to you and answer any questions. We never feel rushed. Love this place. Would recommend to anyone.

We had to wait over 20 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. No explanation was given that there would be a delay when I checked in. No apology was given for having to wait on the doctor for the extended waiting time. I like that I can schedule appointments several weeks in advance on line when I receive the email notice about the necessary appointment. The waiting room time to be seen for appointments is not good though.

Dr. Stancliffe was great w/us since we haven t had a puppy in 20 years! Worth the drive from Lawrence :-)

everything went great!

My pet and I were a little late(5-10min), so, naturally, we had to wait a short time, but they got us in as quickly as possible. The vet and the tech were great. Very professional. The vet explained what he was doing as he did each check and gave her her shots. The treated Booger with the utmost care.

As expected your staff always takes great care of our dog. She is very comfortable with all staff members. You are always very thorough with caring for our dog. Thanks!

Jen made my cat Fiona look *FABULOUS*. Justin got Phoenix s teeth perfectly white (I wish mine would look that good!) and Brissa brushed a whole other cat out of him. I cannot thank you enough for all the cat hair that I left at the clinic that is not clogging up my vacuum or floating across the floor in tumbleweed-style clumps. You guys rock!
