We are very happy with the service we receive from your staff! All the Dr s are very knowledgeable on things and explain things very well. Dr. Neeck was great the other day with both our dogs! Staff was very friendly towards me & my pet! They addressed every question I had. Very knowledgeable & thorough with their care!

I was treated so rudely! The staff treated me like I hurt my pet! Dr Thayer even indicated about illegal drug activity!I will not refer anyone to you nor will I come back. God thing I had at least $1000 even though it only bought me 4 hours. At least Kstate treats you with dignity, respect and compassion.

You all have always been very good. I was a little disappointed in the nail trim as it seemed very little was trimmed compared to the previous times she has had her nails trimmed.

The doctor took the time to educate me on caring for my new puppy.

Animal clinic has always been above & beyond my expectations! Animal Clinic has been the only veterinarians I (we) have ever used since 1967 (my husband’s parents used Animal Clinic prior to that). Your Vets care for our precious 4 footed family SS if they were their own with lots of love & compassion. Even during the most difficult of times. Everyone was nice and friendly and the doctor didn’t make me feel self conscious about the fact my cat was a bit overweight. He nicely gave me a goal weight to hit, and said I was moving in the right direction when I said I got a slow feeder bowl to help. It’s a great place, and I’m glad I chose it (new to the area).

Clint was to busy to make a follow up appointment for us so we had to come home and make the appointment online. Other then Clint being kind of short with us, everyone else was superb.

Love you guys/gals! Been going for years and the care everyone takes with my dogs has been outstanding. I would suggest reading visit notes prior to animal leaving due to a couple times something got missed. Nothing serious, chip one time and nail trim another. I send my son due to my work schedule and he is to blame just as much as I tell him what needs done as well. Again, love you all!
