Dr. Bach was so patient, calm and kind during a stressful situation… a couple stressful situations actually. I was very appreciative of her being there and comforting me during everything. I do not remember the vet techs name that helped explain everything for my dog, but he was also great and very informative!

Have been a client for many years. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. They are caring and competent from the vets to the vet techs to the office staff. Things are always explained when home treatment is needed. They show great compassion when the animal must be euthanized.

They said the same thing the other vet said but in more polite manner. They cared more about giving me information on my cat then the other clinic even cared to say.

All of the staff are awesome we were treated excellent. One of the veterinarians came out and asked how everything was going (just small talk) which we thought was very nice to be treated like we were important. We would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone.
