Everyone was warm and kind to me and Shadow. She was taken care of and treated well and everything was explained in detail so I knew exactly what had been done and the call while she was still in surgery was very appreciated as she is my best friend and after just losing my husband after 34 years she is all I have left. I wasn t expecting the bill to be over a thousand dollars but I would have paid any amount to have her well and home safe.I thank you for understanding how very much she means to me and I think each of you deserve angel wings for what you do. Always a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional clinic. I especially like the cat room where my cat can feel safe and more relaxed than in the waiting room w/others. I ve moved to the SW part of town, but don t want to give up the relationship we have w/the clinic where my late husband began taking his cats in the late 80s w/Dr. Mah.

This is the Best Place to take my Holly Kate. She is always well cared for.

I took my cat in for surgery and I like how they took my cats health a concern and got him in right away and now my cat is not in any pain or discomfort anymore thanks to the staff.

Highly recommend. Easy to schedule and get in and out. Sent reminder of appointment. Friendly people that did well at putting my cat, Daffodil, at ease.
