This is a great vet practice and all the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful! They really show their consideration for the pets, along with the humans!! I recommend this vet all the time! Also, they are very flexible with appts and bringing in more than one pet at the same time!

My husband and I as well as our pets: Tiny, Ozzi and Lucy just Love the entire staff, especially Dr. Crow who has taken excellent care of all of us. We wouldn’t change a thing.

I was very satisfied with all the staff and very pleased with Carly Bach and her assistant. They were wonderful and so, so good with our new addition, Kain. That being said, I was extremely disappointed with the male employee that kept coming to the waiting room to address others, looking annoyed because Kain was not behaving the way he (nor we) expected. I understand how hard it is to work with animals, especially those that are unruly or untrained. That being said, I would expect more understanding from all in this field as circumstances are very different for each situation. Our situation just happens to be that we had adopted Kain just a week prior to the visit, he s only 6 months old and we ve not yet had the opportunity to enroll him in obedience classes. I thought it was VERY rude and made us feel uncomfortable. I considered leaving before he was seen. Thank goodness, Carly was as wonderful as she was or this review would be much more critical and not only replied to you but posted on yelp and other media.

Would like to have seen a little more attention payed to the overall heath exam. Especially since the wellness exam price has increased. i.e. more thorough exam of bumps on dogs backside, which we all have been keeping an eye on. Other than that, great job.
