I liked that, since the office was running behind schedule, Molly came out to the lobby to get preliminary information to speed up the process once we got into a room.

I’m thankful for the doctor my dog saw. She’s amazing and very kind to Betty as well as taking her time with us.

The nurse who checked us in for my dogs neuter was wonderful. She explained everything really well and made me feel like my dog was gunna be well taken care of. The nurse who explained post op to us was also great in making sure we had everything we needed and making sure I understood the instructions and that my dog would be pain free and recover well! They deserve a shout out!

We had a misunderstanding for which both my husband and I are profoundly sorry. He thought he was going to be charged an office visit charge in addition to the cost of the neuter. He was very worried when he called me. To help avoid this in the future, all that needs to be said is that they need a quick exam, and it s all included in the spay/neuter fee. A lot of vets do charge separately for that exam,we have had some tough experiences with VCA vets and hidden fees. With that said, we 100% apologize for our confusion, and we appreciate the good care our animals received. Thank you for listening to our concerns and for taking care of our fur babies.

Dr. Letarte was great. She gave me tips on how to get Willow to drink more water. She took time, answered my questions and looked into Willow s eyes to help determine her age since she is a rescue.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you for being such a wonderful staff and being wonderful to my fur baby.

The front desk ladies are great, answered my questions, and knew what I needed for my pet it was fast and I was out of there. Thank you so much and I hope all of you have a very great New Year.
