Always a great time / visit @ Northpoint

I feel that the vet office is fair, honest, and upfront on health issues and fees for those issues. They are very sweet to the pets and the owners.

You are the best!

I have always received professional and courteous care, until the last visit with my dog Mia. The vet tech who contacted me was judgemental, rude and condescending. As Sally and Kristen know, my family does nothing to harm an animal, we are huge animal lovers! Financially times have been difficult and Mia was brought in as soon as I was able to pay for her and medication for the other 3 animals we have. Prior to, we tried to doctor her as best we could. Then, we were sent home with the wrong medication. Idk who called me concerning Mia, but she needs additional training or fired. Life is hard enough in these times and no person with these qualities should work with the public.

Dr. Wilhelm took the time to hear about all of Sophie s health issues and then formulated a plan to help get her back on track. She explained everything fully and discussed how we should monitor Sophie s condition going forward. Thank you for all the time that was spent helping my dog. Sophie has been to vets from Kentucky to California and the amount of concern and time given by Northpoint is rare in animal (and human!) doctors these days. Excellent job by all members of the clinic.

Thank you so much for taking good care of Angel during her surgery. She is recovering remarkably without any complications. She seemed kind of “stand offish” to us when we brought her home but she’s fine now.

Can’t say enough about Dr Sally and the staff ! So very helpful and took extra care of my little ones

Always happy with the staff and doctors

I do not like not being able to go back with my pet.

I was very impressed with the process and personnel.

The facility is beautiful the doc is great but the staff up front don’t seem to like their job or the customers. Is it so so bad they can’t say Hello how can we help you or Thankyou for using North Point we appreciate your patronage?

We had to be worked in due to our dog s unexpected illness but everything went quick and easy with kind care

The Vet was great. She explained everything very well.

The staff and Dr did a wonderful job as usual. It makes visiting the vets office a lot less stressful to have such good service.
