It s difficult for large dogs to jump up into vehicles after surgery. The shorter the time from surgery to release makes it a bigger challenge. Large dogs can t always be lifted up to put them into vehicles either by virtue of their size or the type of vehicle. Damaging/pulling fresh sutures on legs and bellies has been a real concern for me.

I used to work at a veterinary office and since then I’ve had a difficult time finding staff that treated me like an adult and treated my animals with love. The entire experience was great. It’s a bit out of my way but I’ll be back.
