Both cats were extremely traumatized after the grooming, one cat had his anal glands exposed and dischargimg stool and liquid . The hair cut was uneven and didn t look good. I also askee for the vaccine and check up to be completed but the clinic prioritized the grooming over the health and doctor left before doing the health check. Lastly when I asked for family discount I was told it s for 3 pets only and approval authorization is with Dr. ZEENA who can t approve discounts without accounting approval. Overall this experience wasn t great and am overall disappointed

We have been talking our fur babies to Doctor Z for a long time now with many of our pets. The staff there at Joshua creek are absolutely amazing, so friendly and you can tell they love all the animals that walk threw their doors as if they where their own babies. I will always recommend Joshua creek animal hospital to anyone!

I didn t really get any info about my dog considering it was their yearly appointment. I don t know what vaccines they got and why except for heart worm. No one told me if they are a healthy weight, how their teeth are doing, how their paws look or anything else. I wasn t present for the vaccines, but maybe that s covid procedure. Also didn t use the grooming service so this survey should probably have N/A options to keep it accurate.

Dr Zee is an excellent and empathetic vet - she was able to diagnose our dog’s mystery ailment in short order and fixed him up quickly. She is particularly adept at calming human fears about our precious babies. She is a very skilled vet and I highly recommend her, and her friendly and extremely competent staff.

This isn’t even our vet. I have a vet for my 14 year old lab but was desperate to find a vet to treat our very sick guinea pig. After calling several vets we tried this one. We were shocked when they said they do treat guinea pigs & they were the only ones that fit Leonard in as an emergency appt when no one else did. They treated Leonard. They were kind to my emotional daughter who was crying when she found out he had cancer. Following day we could not pick up what Leonard needed to recover. The vet’s son called us several times & called several places to find exactly what we needed. He actually went to pick it up for us with the vet’s prescription from petsmart so that I could pick it up in the morning from their office since that’s all the time I had where I could. I have NEVER met such a kind & considerate & dedicated vet’s office like this in my lifetime. I’m aware of a huge shortage of vets in Canada & yet this family went over & beyond. Amazing service. I still can’t believe how far they went to help out sick Leonard which in turn helped ease my daughters emotions. THANK YOU I really can’t even express my gratitude properly in words. You’re a gem of a family.

we were told the examinations were an hour per appointment but unfortunately didnt receive the full hour in order to receive the full examination. Unfortunately we were unable to have the rabbits dental and mouth checked, there was a few distractions in the clinic. The price of the exam was also raised without any advance notice. Our first few visits were incredible so we were hoping to receive the same care. Hopfuly all this will be resolved as we would love to continue attending this lovely hospital. and love the Vet

There were only oral information provided about my pet. And only weight was given with the bill at my request. This make me, the first pet owner, struggling to follow up his growth and doing related research to take good care of him. I hope that some regular measurement and check result could be provided in paper, at least in email, later, which might include the weight, length, neck, if they were measured, and other check items, like eye, fur, etc. And if there are any notice for me to follow up, I prefer in paper form. Thank you.

Jessica was great with chichi, who is generally a difficult dog to handle. Also, Dr. Z helped us diagnose chichi’s problem within seconds and was constantly there to ensure chichi’s well being! So happy we finally found our go-to vet!
