Never saw the vet. only the tec .. Price did not reflect that. Not sure why we pay for a full vet visit with out seeing the vet ??

You are aware of how much I like your clinic. The staff is lovely and I adore you and your son. However, I was quite surprised last week to pay almost $800 and Ryder didn’t see a doctor. When I bring Ryder in for his annual visit, I rely on a doctor’s assessment on his health particularly as he gets older. There are things you may notice that I am not aware of as I first time dog owner. Doctor’s can’t bill unless they see their patient as well as physiotherapist and dentist. Surprised vet’s can bill without a vet seeing the animal.

Dr. Zina and her beautiful staff are amazing . They take the time, care and patience for my Maddy (American bully).I leave 1 1/2 away and the trip is always worth it .

I was very impressed with my first visit to the JCAH, for my new kitten. The vet assistant/receptionist (sorry, don’t know their true title) was such a sweet and friendly lady. Very knowledgeable and caring. Then I saw the vet doing his residency. He was super friendly and up-beat. Super knowledgeable and informative. Lastly, we saw the vet and she was super friendly and nice as well. They all took their time and I felt at home and very welcome. Their care and knowledge was heartwarming. I highly recommend. There is absolutely nothing I could suggest to improve.
