We rely on our Vet Dr. at Colony Plaza Animal Hospital to care for our Family ?? Dog. The staff was very friendly and supportive in setting up an appointment and we were seen on time. Our pup was examined and our Vet Dr. Drum explained to us in detail what our pup was experiencing, which brought calm to our day. Michele assisted in examination and Finnegan definitely knew he was in caring arms. Thank you all!!

The receptionist that works up front, she is blond, sorry I can’t remember her name, is always helpful and kind. I was nervous about my baby Candi having her teeth cleaned so she let me speak with the technician. They both assured me that she would be fine. I got a phone call within an hour that her teeth were cleaned and I could call about 1 to pick her up. Very satisfied with the care. Honestly veterinary services are expensive but so is everything these days.

Everyone is always so nice and efficient. Dr. Drum goes above and beyond to check in on my fur babies

My nearly 100 lb. Doberman who thinks he s 10 lbs., had his annual with Dr. Drum. I don t mind driving a little extra because I know my baby Bullet is in good hands with Dr. Drum. He s a great communicator, fully answers all questions and remains with you as long as needed.

Last Wednesday I had a veterinary emergency. My senior Shih Tzu Charlie appeared to have a ruptured ulcer in his eye. He also had a seizure. I headed out to Colony AH and called enroute. Cassidy at the front desk said we ll be waiting for you . You have no idea how comforting this was -- the last thing a pet parent wants to hear is sorry, we can get you in next week . Honestly, this vet clinic is simply awesome. I carried Charlie into the clinic taco d in his bed and was quickly put into an exam room. Tech Lisa took down my information on the situation and Doc Drum got to me as soon as he was finished with his prior patient. I could not have asked for more. Of particular note is that Charlie is already missing one eye. Doc Drum completely understands not only the medical side of things, but the reality of each individual dog s personality and ability to deal with potential total blindness. I 100% count on his EXPERT opinion when discussing various options for treatment. Bottom-line, I trust Colony AH with every ounce of my being. They provide the best care I could imagine. Thank you to the entire team...not only to those who happened to help me this week... I requested Cody’s nails be trimmed while under anesthetic. It was not done. The office called me on Monday and left message asking about Cody. I called back, said Cody doing fine but nails not trimmed. They said to come in at 3 and they will do them. Very nice.

This team of professionals is a pleasure to deal with. They are attentive, knowledgable, caring, and efficient. I appreciated Dr. Drum personally calling me to check on my little boy after his teeth cleaning. The techs are skilled. The front desk staff is friendly. The groomer is masterful. This is exactly the sort of veterinary office you ll want for your little angel.
