I really appreciate the office getting me in the morning I noticed my dog was peeing blood. I was so concerned about his health and it was so reassuring to be seen that morning and find out the cause. Dr. Drum did a great job explaining and showing me the kidney stones in his bladder. We left with a strategy to treat the condition and there was a follow-up call the next morning regarding the lab results.

I was very happy with the staff and explanation of what was going to be done with my dog. I was very happy with the follow up. There was very little wait time I was taken almost immedately. I have transferred both of my dogs to this practice.

We would like to thank Dr. Drum and his staff for the excellent service we received on Thursday when we had an emergency with Dakota and showed up without an appointment. Everyone was so kind and supportive during our crises. Someone took Dakota right in to see Dr. Drum and from that point on we knew we were in good hands. Thank you Dr. Drum and your amazing staff. I like Dr Jon Smith very much and his assistant!! They were both very kind to my cat and dog. I took my dog along because she was scared of storms and my cat had the appointment. My cat was calm throughout the entire examination and my dog insisted the Doctor let her give him a lick!!! They were amazing and I was very happy with the experience. My dog is being kenneled there this week!!!
