I really appreciate Dr. Girard & Michelle explaining end of life options. Cleo has been exhibiting exactly what I was told would happen. Knowing this ahead of time is helping to assess how best to help her along this journey. Both were very professional. I hope they will be willing to take on another aging Siamese as a client!

My only problem is that I wish I had Dr Gerard and all of the girls when I first got my babies!!!! I have never been to a veterinary clinic that shows as much love and dedication as all of you do! I know that my boys health would be better today if they had gone there!!! I only had one interaction with Dr. Drum and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Quality & caring staff. I appreciate the time taken with my dogs. Never feel rushed. Dr.Drum helps to calm the dogs anxieties before proceeding. He’s attuned to their needs. ??

We were visiting The Villages for the month of May and our dog had a unexpected encounter with fleas which resulted in her excessive scratching.( She had never had a flea problem.) I found everyone very nice and extremely helpful. Dr. Drum was great! Would highly recommend this practice!

I was very pleased with the care Dr. Drum gave to my dog, Phoebe. Dr. Drum even went into his office on his day off, on Saturday, to check Phoebe s test results so he could call and give me the results which I appreciated very much.

Also, the front desk person that checked us in ( don’t remember her name) was so very kind and compassionate to a teary eyed gentleman that was scheduling euthanasia for his elderly dog. I appreciated the follow up call as my 15 year old cat is very dear to me! After her rabies shot she was not herself for almost two days. Staff all so pleasant and caring!
