Quality & caring staff. I appreciate the time taken with my dogs. Never feel rushed. Dr.Drum helps to calm the dogs anxieties before proceeding. He’s attuned to their needs. ??

We were visiting The Villages for the month of May and our dog had a unexpected encounter with fleas which resulted in her excessive scratching.( She had never had a flea problem.) I found everyone very nice and extremely helpful. Dr. Drum was great! Would highly recommend this practice!

I was very pleased with the care Dr. Drum gave to my dog, Phoebe. Dr. Drum even went into his office on his day off, on Saturday, to check Phoebe s test results so he could call and give me the results which I appreciated very much.

It was our first visit, and we were very happy. Dr Girard and Michelle were very kind and knowledgeable. Also, the front desk person that checked us in ( don’t remember her name) was so very kind and compassionate to a teary eyed gentleman that was scheduling euthanasia for his elderly dog. I am very impressed with the office, happy that we found you!

I appreciated the follow up call as my 15 year old cat is very dear to me! After her rabies shot she was not herself for almost two days. Staff all so pleasant and caring!

Extremely caring when it came to Abigail who had an ear infection. They take great care of her.

Anna and Lena are the best. They are so nice and very caring towards the animals that are brought to them for care.

Since this was an emergency situation we appreciated being able to bring Lacie in even though we did not see the Doctor. Lacie did receive excellent care and we received several phone calls about her results and care. Thank you Dr. Girard and staff.
