Great experience all around

Thank you for another pleasant appointment. Not sure how those stars work but everything was 5 star. Staff are so nice and sweet with pets. The young lady who brought my Cutie back to me was wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. Dr Drum called me personally with Cuties blood work results first thing the next day. Thank you.

Extremely pleased with Dr Wagner. I found the behind-the desk staff (check in/out) courteous, friendly, and efficient with me. There is one thing I would change from a management perspective: negative comments made between the front office staff members regarding clients and/or inquiries they just dealt with on the phone. It reflects poorly on the practice.

My only issue on this visit is that I arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment. Three other people arrived after me and were seen. Finally, after about forty minutes, I asked if maybe I had been forgotten. Shortly after that, I was called back to see the doctor. This might have just been an error. Luckily, I was in no hurry that day.

I was very pleased with Dr.Shafer as our vet. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about my concerns with my cat. And she called me promptly the next day to tell me the results of the testing that was done. A very good experience!

It was a good visit. I appreciate the time taken to ensure I had my questions answered.

Colony Plaza Animal Hospital is The Best Veterinary Hospital in The Villages, FL. I would never take my pets anywhere else! They have the best veterinarians and staff.

Dr. Drum and Dr. Wagner are wonderful. We called morning of, and they fit us in for exam for our dog (Suki) whom is on heart support meds. They were excellent and knew just what she needed to get her back on track with her heart support issue. We love Colony Plaza Animal Hospital! They are terrific!
