Front staff is wonderful and the techs are great. Will Sorely miss Anna when she goes. She was there when we first arrived in Florida and her compassion and friendliness has never wavered once. Sad face in seeing her go. ?? Thank you for being who you are. We will miss you ??

Dr. Drum was the best! He was super helpful with my pet. The tech Lisa was also very sweet and knowledgeable. Teresa made us feel very comfortable at check in and out. I would definitely call this veterinary office and staff a keeper. Like 10 stars if they had the option. Best in The Villages by far....

I have been bringing my cats to your facility since you opened. I have always received excellent care for all 3 of the cats. Our first serious interaction with Dr Drum was with our cat Mulligan. Mulligan needed surgery when a problem was found and Dr Drum cleared his calendar that day to do the surgery. Granted this was soon after you opened the office so not a lot of traffic at this point probably but I have been a huge supporter of Dr Drum and the staff since that day.

Everyone at Colony is so nice and comforting. They understand my needs having a senior dog and go out of their way to accommodate us. Dr Smith is very thorough in examining my dog and takes the time to explain treatments available. I won t go anywhere else!

Liked Dr Smith and his conservative options that he recommended. Also, fun personality

Dr Drum has always been great with my cats, and patient with my questions.

Dr Wagner is very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and professional. I am very glad he is working there.

We are very grateful for the wonderful care given to our granddaughters’s cat, Angel. Dr. Drum initially took time to speak directly with our granddaughter by cell as I brought Angel in. She is an EMT and could not take time off so I brought her. She is healing and we cannot thank all of you enough.

I came in to have my cat examined for a bladder infection and a rabies shot. The vet decided to keep her because her bladder was “too small”. When I left the tech wanted to charge me $70 for the visit and a shot. When I got back, the bill was $294. Blood work we didn’t discuss, an injection for ?? And an IV :$65. I feel ripped off. When another vet called with her blood work I had to ask a million questions because when I picked her up, no explained the anxiety meds they prescribed or why they needed to rest her thyroid.

Always a pleasure to bring Jeb in to see his friends. We are grateful for the excellent care he gets every time!
