I never have to wait long to get an appointment. I NEVER have to wait to see the doc. This facility is very organized, with polite staff, and always clean. I know my dog is in safe hands.

I appreciated Dr Drum taking time with me to completely explain the procedure he did. The staff is very competent, professional and friendly.

Everyone was very helpful and even helped us get our pups in and our of our car. The doctor was very through and took time to explain everything he found with us. We were really impressed.

It was near closing when I called with an emergency. Was seen immediately. In the past, I have been told to go to Urgent Vet. I really appreciated seeing our own vet.

We have been taking our pets to Colony since moving to The Villages seven years ago. They have always been great.

Our Miss Jane apparently does not like to have her teeth cleaned or her toenails done. Thank you to your techs who were able to get her all done. Such patience, and it was appreciated.

Wonderful atmosphere! Caring and focused on the care of our Sheltie. Really appreciate how they explain everything they are doing as they examine Bella. The doctor called first thing the next morning to report findings from Bella’s blood work. Greatly appreciate how professional and caring everyone at Colony is!!!

Mackie cannot wait to see all her friends at Colony Plaza Animal Hospital. They have all treated her like she is a Princess, when I know she is a moose. She loves visiting, but boy is she ready to leave.
