I have been to your office several times now, and I appreciate that I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before being taken back into an exam room. My cat gets very stressed, so I worry if we have to wait too long.

Exceptionally good outcome from a dental cleaning. Our dog just turned 13 and was seen for his 3rd dental cleaning since we had him. Dr. Drum listened to our anesthetic concerns as our dog prior to our Florida move had GI bleeding for 4 days post cleaning from an anesthetic on his second cleaning that differed from his first cleaning. . We learned from that event our dog handles 1 anesthetic poorly. Dr. Drum listened to our concerns, is compassionate in his care including follow up with post meds for cleaning and tooth extraction. This dental procedure with 2 molar extractions went so smoothly our dog came back to us after pick up that it was hard to tell he had anything done. We have found all the doctors and staff to be kind, compassionate and dedicated to their profession.

They actually got us in before our appointment time. Dr. Drum was very knowledgeable and kind. His veterinary technician Lisa was amazing and so caring of my concerns for my pet. I would never bring my pet to another animal hospital. The rumors were right… They are the best animal hospital in The Villages!!!

This was our first visit and we were very pleased with Dr. Smith and Michelle. Pumpkin can be very difficult but Michelle had her calm for the entire visit.

We had an excellent visit. They seen us on time everyone was very friendly and the DR did an excellent job with our 2 dogs. Additionally, the office and the exam rooms were very clean. All in all the visit could not have been better
