I can’t answer the question about the cleanliness of the facilities because we could not go in. However, I am very pleased with their service and recommend them to others.

Wearing masks, I think it would have been safe to accompany my dog when seen by the vet.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Martin is the best!!

The only issue I have is that my cat did not received the 3 year vaccine she normally gets. I had provided the staff with the previous records as this was her first visit so I thought they have to look at this but I check the paper work and it is only for a year.

It was emergency, they took care of problem and I was home within 45 minutes

This was a last minute appointment needed for our older dalmatian. I was able to schedule quite quickly. the appointment was quick and painless. Our Dog loves Palmetto Pet Hospital, and we cannot tell enough people about this wonderful pet hospital.

The staff, location, and service were all amazing! We will be back and recommending to others. Thank you Dr. Merlot and staff for excellent service! I truly value great customer service.

Great doctor and communication!

Consolidating how many calls back and forth during the whole visit. There was a lot of waiting in between talking to tech, then vet, then front desk etc

I think the reminder emails or texts should include the number to call when you arrive. As it can t always been seen at the door. Maybe since we aren t allowed in with the pets a Google meet could be set up so owners can talk with the staff while the exam is going on.

Always friendly, great staff. I would definitely recommend Palmetto Pet Hospital.

Fast and easy, quick appt

I asked for pricing before the appointments but wasn’t given.

I travel about 35-40 minutes to come to this practice to see Dr Merlo and would not have it any other way!! We trust her 100 %. I really think she loves our Bella as much as we do. Dr Merlo is knowledgeable, understanding ,patient and kind. We are the lucky ones. Thank you all for what do. #Palmetto Pet Hospital ??????
