Everyone was great. We found our new vet. I would really like to see you guys taking care credit but I understand it could be costly. Not a big deal but my name is Kenny not Benny lol.

Great doctor and communication!

Consolidating how many calls back and forth during the whole visit. There was a lot of waiting in between talking to tech, then vet, then front desk etc

I think the reminder emails or texts should include the number to call when you arrive. As it can t always been seen at the door. Maybe since we aren t allowed in with the pets a Google meet could be set up so owners can talk with the staff while the exam is going on.

Always friendly, great staff. I would definitely recommend Palmetto Pet Hospital.

Fast and easy, quick appt

I asked for pricing before the appointments but wasn’t given.

I travel about 35-40 minutes to come to this practice to see Dr Merlo and would not have it any other way!! We trust her 100 %. I really think she loves our Bella as much as we do. Dr Merlo is knowledgeable, understanding ,patient and kind. We are the lucky ones. Thank you all for what do. #Palmetto Pet Hospital ??????

1. if forms were provided via email/text prior to the appointment they could be filled out and provided to you with the pet at time of drop off instead of sitting in the car filling them out. Having forms prior would be more convenient. . 2. Two times I have provided my dogs insulin and two times it was forgotten to be returned to me. Thankfully, I remembered prior to driving away. The above are minor items. Overall we are very satisfied with your office. We have complete trust in Dr. Dane with the care of our dog.

Basically none of these apply since I was never in the building with the vet. Waiting in the car just isn t the same as interacting with the vet in person. I understand the reason, but I still think it is not an ideal way to visit the doctor.

Love Dr. Merlot! She answered all our questions and we feel confident she took good care of our kitties!
