I am new to the area and have found my pet medical home. Very friendly staff, informative, and thorough. Brutus was happy even after his visit. Thank you!

The best part was that I called and they didn’t have an appointment available so I was just told to drop my pet off and they would hopefully see him if they could. The vet was the one who called me personally and that meant a lot to me rather than having someone who wasn’t with him when he saw my pet. Great experience.

The staff treated me and my dog with high respect and did everything perfectly with him on a short notice. We appreciate everything they did for Brody!

The technician that took my dog pulled her so hard she was choking her, and didn t even notice. I had to tell her she was choking and she nonchalantly said oh. Sorry. And loosened her grip. Everyone else was absolutely amazing.

Everything went great! The only thing I would say is that the email confirmation said drop-off was between 7-8am. After arriving a little after 7:30am, I was told that drop off wasn t until 8am. I believe a phone confirmation was made to my husband with the correct time, but the email I received had the earlier time. All was fine, and everyone was nice. Just wanted to let someone know about the times being different. Thank you for everything! :)

Everyone was still cautious concerning safety. I could wait in my car while my cat was being taken care of and everyone wore masks. The doctor explained his decisions concerning my cat and was professional. I am so pleased to have found Greystone Pet Hospital.

Dr Paxton was so nice and explained everything with my kitten biscuit they are great with both of my cats (biscuit and pubby) and the lady that does the check in was super nice and friendly!
