I was unable to get the excellent rating in each category to register but that s my submission. Greystone is outstanding in every category: the vets, the technicians, the care and evaluation, the medicine dispensed. Have always recommended it highly to friends.

they were very kind and helpful. This is my first visit with them and I m happy they are taking care of my pet.

Even with the necessary Covid restrictions, service was prompt and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

I will be glad when you can allow pet mamas to come in with them.

Had a great visit with Birdie! Everyone was so helpful and Dr. Paxton explained everything and the care she would need in the future perfectly. We will definitely be bringing our other dogs here also!

I had scheduled an appointment online for my dogs’ annual exams and intestinal parasite check and vaccinations and requested Dr Paxton to look at my dogs as he is familiar with them. However, I had to call and reschedule my appointment because of work obligations and somehow my annual exam was dropped during the rescheduling. So I lost an afternoon of work $$$ to come in for half of an appointment when what I really needed was for Dr Paxton to look at my older dog who has lost weight and has developed a lump on her sternum. I was told I had declined an annual exam. I had not. And that I would have to schedule a new appointment. ?? Fortunately I’ve got the time in the next two weeks.

It was an easy visit. I appreciate the vet answering all my questions patiently.

Not much info as far when to take the shield from COCO,s neck and no salve for her surgery location. Not sure whan to bring her back for stiches to be removed. Just nor much information at all?

Thrilled with this clinic! For the first time in years, my dog is finally getting some relief from his allergies. The techs are so sweet, he is a large dog, but they still helped him in and out of the car (it took two of them!) I have already recommended Greystone to friends - in my opinion the vet s knowledge of animals and effective treatments is invaluable. Highly recommend!

It was not made known that another wellness visit was being performed. My pets were scheduled for rabies vaccines only and as a well ness exam was done less than 5 months ago... ended up being an extra $100 I wasn’t expecting or told was being done

The experience was good but I look forward to when we can have in person appointments. I liked how Dr. Price called to discuss the appointment and took her time to answer all questions as she would during an in person visit. I would highly recommend to all my friends!
