I told the girl that came out to get Maggie out of the truck to NOT perform the parasite test. She replied, Yes sir and wrote it down on the form. When I picked Maggie up, there was a $25.00 charge for a parasite test. This is the second time that the same thing has happened. Costing me money for tests that I clearly told the staff not to do, leaves me troubled about upcharging me. Steve Garmon

My cat Monroe was not doing well and I brought him in without an appointment and there was no hesitation to see him immediately! The staff is always amazing and I completely trust Dr. Price and Dr. Paxton with Monroe. Dr. Price went above and beyond with trying to figure out what was wrong with my poor boy and called me herself with updates. I so greatly appreciate everyone at Greystone!

I had scheduled an appointment online for my dogs’ annual exams and intestinal parasite check and vaccinations and requested Dr Paxton to look at my dogs as he is familiar with them. However, I had to call and reschedule my appointment because of work obligations and somehow my annual exam was dropped during the rescheduling. So I lost an afternoon of work $$$ to come in for half of an appointment when what I really needed was for Dr Paxton to look at my older dog who has lost weight and has developed a lump on her sternum. I was told I had declined an annual exam. I had not. And that I would have to schedule a new appointment. ?? Fortunately I’ve got the time in the next two weeks.
