They were very respectful of my personal budget and provide the best care for Tiki within the guidelines and I do appreciate the kindness and passion of the staff thank you.

This was a grooming appointment. We Love Dr. Brown but our dog didn t see her this visit. Our dog always gets so excited to go up there. To me that says a lot. Kimmie our dogs groomer is great to our dog. He loves her which makes me love her. Everyone there is just the best.

It was more expensive than I am used to.

When I relocated to the area last year, my first concern was to find a great vet for my 2 cats and dogs. I m so happy to have found Hot Springs Animal Hospital!

My appointment was @ 2:45 and I did not see the doctor for close to an hour after that time. I also felt your fees for the annual shots were a little higher than other veterinarians, ie. bordetella.

I am disappointed with my dogs nail being cut short to the point of bleeding. I have brought you my pets because I felt you were professional of would take care of my pets who are my family.

I love having you guys to take care of Sadie. Having a blind dog can be challenging but you guys take it in stride and I know she is well taken care of while she is with you. That brings a lot of peace of mind.

I have been very satisfied with the services I have received at Animal Hospital, Malvern Avenue. My plans are to continue having my pet Bulma cared for at this facility. masseyd

I really liked how personable Dr Brown was. I am considering sterilization for my pets and would like to know how modernized the surgical suite is. These little kids are my joy in life. I haven t found a vet that I felt close to since Dr. Kevin Adney moved.

Medications are to expensive

I am very impressed with Dr. Brown as well as the girls in the clinic. They are all very sweet and seem to treat Taco very well.

We were disappointed that the Kitty Palace, which to our understanding was only for cats, had dogs in with the cats when we came to pick up our cat, Shasta. We had asked specifically, and been told specifically, that there would be no dogs in with our cat. I don t think we would have boarded her there if we had known she would be in with dogs.

Karen & Dr Brown are wonderful. The rest of the staff is great too. They just go above & beyond. Our dog gets so excited when he sees where he s going. I think that speaks for the great care he gets there.

I have been extremely pleased with and grateful for the care, attention, and consideration that Callie and I have experienced. I have no complaints, even though I marked one NO . It was not major and was the result of some confusion. Also, I have a question for you that is not critical, but I wonder why you asked if I want to be present when my pet is treated but then have never offered that when we are there. I don t really object most of the time, just curious. Thank you for sending the survey.
