I love everyone at Hot Springs Animal Hospital. They’re all courteous and very knowledgeable. When I pull up my dog gets so happy to go see everyone. I think that’s very telling of how great they are.

Our family pet had to come to the clinic from animal control. Needless to say- we were overly emotional and distraught. Melissa - the office manager did a wonderful job helping me understand facts when I wasn t able to really process much information due to my emotions. Melissa deserves extra thanks. We love Lindsey. She did a exelent job on Sailors haircut she always does. When going for doctor care our wait has been no less than s hour. Went with my Mother to take her new dog and it was s extremely long wait to even have the dog taken to the back she said I can always take him somewhere else next time. Hope she don’t. Love the care there with yall

I appreciated the quick attention to see the stray we found so that I could safely bring her home and introduce her to our other dog.

Amazing staff!!!! Immediately saw us w a stray dog we found that had been hit by a car. Took wonderful care of her and one of the ladies found out who the owners were by checking Facebook. Both dogs were thoroughly checked and have been returned safely to their owners.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Brown and the whole staff. Including the grooming staff. Our dog gets so excited to go see everyone when we pull up. I think that is very telling of the wonderful treatment our dog receives there.

This was my first time at HS Animal Hospital and I was very impressed with the staff and the vet that we chose. She was very knowledgeable and she told me the cost before anything was done. We also had Sam s nails done and they looked the best ever. Sam will be a patient of the vet we seen from now on. Very grateful for the way Sam and I were treated.

The staff was friendly and caring but did not have time to walk my dogs I left for boarding the day.Services are a little pricey, I wasn t expecting it to be quite so much. But it s all good, I would use them again. Friendliness goes a long way.

I trust them with everything. Vet services, grooming, boarding. When my last dog had to be put to sleep, they were so caring and sensitive to my grief. I love them all!

I did not like the fact that they would not take my dog on her leash and insisted on their choke collar. The lady used the excuse oh we don t want to lose your leash . If she loses my leash.... she was going to lose my dog. Not a good excuse in my book. I could not answer whether I would recommend or not. Riding the fence on that one due to the above.

They were exceptional. Blonde and Blackie, 2 small kittens, got excellent treatment. They did not make it, due to their poor health condition. It was not for their lack of trying...everyone was so compassionate.

Karen at the front desk is very knowledgeable and if she does not have the answer she will make sure it gets answered.
