Everyone was so nice and helpful! Our son is pretty protective of his dog and he felt comfortable with everything and how well they treated our dog. ??

Today Rooney was coughing more & had thrown up on our walk. It got worse as the evening went on. I called Pitts vet where we have always gone. They saw us about 7:30. She has been diagnosed with kennel cough. Taken off meds that were given her yesterday & given doxycycline 100mg. She is now resting at home. It’s 8:45.

My first time visit with a pet that needed medical attention immediately went very well. The staff made me feel very comfortable and provided the appropriate for our dog. Thank you

Definitely communicative, responsive, honest, kept me up to date and even offered for me to come in early! Our male cat is showing signs of getting better and he’s stopped marking! Thank you so much for giving him the time and care he needed!

Rusty is having a very hard time with the lamp shade on his head. I laid on the floor with him all night and he cried all night. He’s trying to get it off. I gave him a scrambled egg for breakfast and he just threw it up. A friend said when her King Charles had surgery they gave him anxiety meds in case he had trouble accepting the cone, but he did fine. She wanted to give me the pills but I told her not until I talked to you guys.

You guys need a groomer again because I am having to drive way to the south side of Lincoln for grooming now!!

I was dissatisfied with Maxes last procedure. His cyst never healed even after paying $360, we ended up taking him to our old vet and they were able to get it cleaned out and it’s finally healing. Also, our report sheet made me feel like I caused his cyst. Unfortunately we will not return to your office. I always feel like you force extra drugs and testing that I never request that racks up my bill.

Great first experience! We will continue to bring our pup Sage to Driftwood Vet for her follow-up appointments.

I really want to be able to go inside. If this continues, I will need to find a new vet.

I like to know Shilo s condition and have trust in Dr. Tony. Shilo s health is very important to us.

I was greeted at my car? While I realize COVID put a damper on visits into buildings, I feel we are at a point where even if we wear masks we are okay to visit the inside of your facility. I have never seen inside and am wanting to kennel my dog with you. I should be shown what an area of stay looks like and not have to look online at pictures. I would never leave my child at a facility not being able to see the facility first?

I am so thankful that I was recommended to your office. I’ve been stressed, looking for help for Kova and I believe I’ve found the best place to take him after he has surgery in Omaha. Thank you for figuring out what issues my pup has so I can get him better.

Most dogs would be scared of the word “vet” but that makes them go crazy with excitement. Thank you for always taking care of my pain in the butt problem puppies!

I went ahead and left them all five stars. Not sure why you are asking if your facilities are clean because you do not let anyone in your building. I called several times on my way and the line was busy every time. When I arrived I headed inside and was met at the front door and not allowed inside. It s your business and your decision as to when you do away with covid restrictions, but I did not like being stopped at the door and being told to wait in my vehicle. Very impressed by the entire experience. Very friendly and compassionate voice on the phone to make the appointment, great techs, and very appreciative of the conversation with Doc to go over all of Lacey’s concerns and thoroughly explained everything in detail. And despite showing aggressiveness at other vet clinics, Lacey had no problems with anyone at this clinic which speaks volumes to me. Best part though - no wait when picking up or dropping off. At my other vet, I am always waiting anywhere between 15-60 min before my pet is even taken inside for the appointment despite being on time or early. I also enjoy how convenient this clinic is with online scheduling and text updates. I will definitely be bringing all of my seven pets here for future appointments!

My dog is a very anxious dog and has separation anxiety. He really needs to be let out of the kennel to use the bathroom more often than what he is probably getting. Therefore if he makes a mess in his kennel and the staff has to clean up after him, I don’t believe I should be charged extra to clean up the kennel or to clean up him.

We are new to the area and Driftwood was recommended to us. We are very pleased with the prompt, caring service. Thank you!
