Sometimes i m not sure if the client instructions on the form that gets sent home is updated from that day. I m a detailed person and like to know what was discovered on an exam or what the vet s instructions for me and my pet are. We love Driftwood but this is my suggestion!

I really don t like having to sit in the car waiting. I don t know if it is because of farsical rules or lack of space , but that is the only complaint I have. Thanks again, Kim.

I really appreciated the call from the doctor.

I was very happy when the vet tech called me to asked if we would authorize some other services. When we picked up our dog we were given a bill and paid before we received our dog. I was not able to look through the bill before I paid. When I got home I noticed an extra $170 for Nexguard and Heartguard on my bill. I did not authorize this and no one called me about this. This was more than the extra procedure that the vet tech called about. I do not care for forceful sales tactics.

As a new patient to the practice I would have liked to been able to see the inside of the facility. Especially if I were wanting to consider boarding my pet and leaving him for a few days.

Owners need to be allowed in with their pets

the anual exam fee along with a health certificate fee of total $138 total is a bit much. I understand you are selling time but the mark ups on the shots should have covered some of it.

Today Rooney was coughing more & had thrown up on our walk. It got worse as the evening went on. I called Pitts vet where we have always gone. They saw us about 7:30. She has been diagnosed with kennel cough. Taken off meds that were given her yesterday & given doxycycline 100mg. She is now resting at home. It’s 8:45.

My first time visit with a pet that needed medical attention immediately went very well. The staff made me feel very comfortable and provided the appropriate for our dog. Thank you

Definitely communicative, responsive, honest, kept me up to date and even offered for me to come in early! Our male cat is showing signs of getting better and he’s stopped marking! Thank you so much for giving him the time and care he needed!

Rusty is having a very hard time with the lamp shade on his head. I laid on the floor with him all night and he cried all night. He’s trying to get it off. I gave him a scrambled egg for breakfast and he just threw it up. A friend said when her King Charles had surgery they gave him anxiety meds in case he had trouble accepting the cone, but he did fine. She wanted to give me the pills but I told her not until I talked to you guys.

You guys need a groomer again because I am having to drive way to the south side of Lincoln for grooming now!!

I was dissatisfied with Maxes last procedure. His cyst never healed even after paying $360, we ended up taking him to our old vet and they were able to get it cleaned out and it’s finally healing. Also, our report sheet made me feel like I caused his cyst. Unfortunately we will not return to your office. I always feel like you force extra drugs and testing that I never request that racks up my bill.

Great first experience! We will continue to bring our pup Sage to Driftwood Vet for her follow-up appointments.

I really want to be able to go inside. If this continues, I will need to find a new vet.
