Genuine, caring staff!

Everything was great, except for the fact that my cat came in for a wellness exam and an ear cleaning, and the very next day had to be rushed to the ER for a severe inner ear infection, so I m not sure how that got missed in the wellness exam.

I can sum up our experience with Colinial Veterinary Clinic in three words They’re the Best!

Colonial is an exceptional vet clinic. There was zero waiting time and our dog treated well.

I was very pleased they could get me in quickly for my appointment. And put my mind at ease with the diagnosis. They’re genuinely concerned about your pet. And take the time to explain everything and ask you if you have any questions. But most of all they give you a check up call or text to see how your pet is doing. They all work well together.

The Colonial Veterinary Clinic team is always patient, kind and knowledgeable.

The Veternary team was very helpful and compassionate. They spent time to get to know our pet and provided a good plan of care, including choices to help us match care to our pet’s needs.

I have never been approached to purchase so many add-ons in my 20 years as a cat owner. It was very overwhelming and felt a bit uncomfortable. I can in for advice on which ept food to give my overweight cat since he has been on it for the last 4 years and has not lost any weight. was nto given any advice on that. Also communication was odd, the tech would ask questions then relay answers to the doctor while I could hear everything being said. It was odd that I would not be addressed in person.

I cannot imagine any better care for my pet than I receive at Colonial.

Everyone is extremely kind, accommodating, and treated my dog with excellent care. My only complaint is the cost of cytopoint. I paid $85 last month at my previous vet, and almost $25 more here. That s a very large price increase, and my dog needs a shot once a month.

Dr. Low and team were very courteous and gentle with our fur baby, and with us fur parents! Dr. Low is the exact type of doctor one would hope to find, thorough, knowledgeable, factual and gave all options available. This practice is the example model that all practices should strive to be!
