We have been coming to your business for 10 years. Please take a family with a pet being put to sleep in another area. I’ve had to hear ,”Would you like ashes, a paw print, hair clippings “ Families, understandably very upset. It needs to be a private situation. Please consider this.

For the last 13 yrs we have been very happy with Bel Air Vets. Dr. Stephenson has been wonderful to Bailey especially in the last 2 yrs getting her through some medical issues. Thank you!

The only concern we had was made an appointment for 920 am and arrived well ahead of time but had to wait an additional 25 monutes before seen. We then realized Dr. Young had another puppy ahead of us. We didn t mond and this should not be considered as a complaint. We love you guys and have for many years!! ??

You were all fine. I was concerned that I might have gotten too much change and the lady was very patient with me. I must have given her too much. She was very nice and patient with me and everything else was fine.

I really appreciate the care you gave Hershey you gave us a few more good days with her before we had to have her put down due to the cancer and for that I can t thank you enough.

I love, love, love the staff here!! They always know my name and my dogs names and it feels like we are apart of an awesome family! Customer service is a 10 plus plus and the vets are also a 10 plus plus!! I love it here

Only problem was the wait time. We were not called back until 45 min after our appointment time. All else was wonderful. Thanks

I think the doctors and staff are amazing but continue to have issues with the wait times. I don’t know if I have ever been seen even close to my appointment time but other than that everything is wonderful.

How can you improve on GREAT. You are all so WONDERFUL caring people. ?? We wouldn t take our pets anywhere else.??

My only comment is that Dusty had blood drawn to check for FELv. I noticed a horrible bruise and bald spot on the inside of his right back leg a couple days later. My husband and I were going to bring him back in but then we decided maybe it was where the blood was drawn of that test. Hope so and if so, I would have liked to have known that. But overall, had a great visit. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

We love this vet office. Very friendly staff and they are very kind to all the pets in the waiting room. We would recommend this vet to everyone. It is intuitive that the Docs here love animals and like caring for them. Thank you Bel Air Vet.
