I was given a future appointment, but asked to be put on the waiting list for an earlier appointment for my dog. I was pleased that I was called and fit into a cancellation spot. However, it was not with our primary vet (who knows my 15.5 yr dog’s medical history). No complaint with the care, but I would have appreciated knowing another dr. would be seeing my dog. Thought we would be seeing Dr. Stevensen. Thank you.

The staff is excellent. Everyone we interacted with were genuinely concerned that we and our dog were well attended and comfortable Dr Stevenson’s disgnosis was very thorough and he explained everything fully and clearly. His approach to healing our dog truly addressed all of the things that she was suffering with and the wellness course he prescribed showed results very quickly. We could not be happier with having our sweet girl coming back to her playful, wonderful self. Thank you everyone at Bel Air Veterinary Hospital for your kindness, compassion and obvious true love for the animals and owners concerns

As always, the staff was extremely nice and professional; Dr. Young took time to personally call me regarding our dog, Bailey, and her visit summary. Very thorough, very polite, and always caring! You all do a wonderful job with your adaptations to the present COVID environment, obvious concern and care is taken - thank you for all that the entire staff does in these difficult times.

Bel Air vet staff did a phenomenal job taking care of Ellie during and after surgery. I appreciate them checking up on her the following day too. I m always so pleased with her care here. Thank you. And thank you for putting the COVID precautions in place to keep everyone safe.

We didn’t enter the building. Friendly staff helped our dog in for bloodwork and nail trim. She is dog aggressive and the tech did great with her. Visit was quick. That evening the doctor called to say bloodwork was good and he refilled a script. Great experience as always.

Everyone did a fantastic job! I was extremely happy and impressed with the precautions that were set up to ensure safety during Covid. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into a parking spot. The technician who came and got my pet was very friendly and the vet came to my car after the exam to discuss my cats treatment Overall, it was a wonder, sage, friendly experience!!!

I love this place. I would never go to any other vet. They have been treating all my dogs and my sons dogs. They know all of us by name and it makes you feel so comfortable and you trust your pet is in good hands.

I had to make an unexpected visit here recently when my dog Odie had an allergic reaction. They created time to see us even though we had never been seen there before. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty!!! I’m so happy to have found such a great Vet for my dog Odie.
