I was very happy with the care my dog received. Even during a pandemic the team made sure to take great care of my dog Beau when I couldn’t be there with them. I’m so thankful to the team for their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions so kindly. I know we are all going through a tough time but I’m so appreciative of all of you and what you do!

I have used Dr. Stevenson for years. He was on vacation and Dr. Young was recommended to me by the staff. I could not have asked for anything more. Her diagnosis was perfect and treatment has been 100 percent so far. Thank you very much!

We love BAVH! Our Maltipoo was suffering with a back leg injury. We were able to get an appointment the day I called. Dr. Schmidt and his staff were amazing! They took great care of Theodore and sent him home with meds and bed rest instructions. The next day, Dr. Schmidt personally called me to check on him. He was doing so much better. Excellent care since we moved here one year ago even with Covid 19 protocols in place. I have been very pleased with the care my three dogs have been given. Dr Tracy Kroll suggestions on the care of my older dog have helped ease my anxiety making sure she is comfortable as she ages and now we have a puppy that we adopted in July 2020 to add to our household after we had to say goodbye to our 7 yr old Beagle Louie who was experiencing seizures that would no longer respond to medication.

As always, superior customer service and I love bringing my pets to you all. Thank you for your dedication and hard work especially during this time.

As far as the cleanliness of the facility, it has been great in the past. We haven t been able to enter the office since April or so due to the pandemic.
