Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. Staff took a lot of time with our kitty and also took the time to discuss our other cats as well.

We were in the area due to a catastrophe happening in our hometown. The vet and staff were just wonderful and so accommodating and helpful. We were so concerned about our fur babies since they’ve been through so much and you all put our fears to rest. We will be recommending this clinic to everyone in Philly for the rest of time. I found the staff quite competent and friendly.

I wish I had switched from Mt. airy animal Hospital to the Cat Clinic along time ago! They were able to give me some medication to calm my super rambunctious cat who every other vet has had a problem with. They were able to look into his mouth and discover that he had areas that really Needed attention, and they also were able to get blood from him and find out that unfortunately he has hyper thyroidism. Two days later I got a phone call which was very reassuring in great detail about how they suggest that we deal with the hypo thyroi needed attention, and they also were able to get blood from him and find out that unfortunately he has hyper thyroidism. The receptionist Rose is understanding, patient and very nice. Dr. Alston and the vet techs were very good with my kitten. I love this place and am happy I brought her here for her check up. :) Chesnut Hill Cat Clinic is wonderful!

Alison vet tech was very engaging and helpful. Rose at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Dr. H s gentle manner took very good care of our 2 cats.

I m very happy that I found this new specialized facility for my cat. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating: the receptionist, Vet Assistant and Vet. The Vet was very knowledgeable. There were no barking dogs in the waiting room and didn t have to wait long to be seen. The Facility was also neat, clean, and had a nice odor.

I really appreciate how up front you are with charges. I appreciate that so much. You are the best! Our Morris Arboretum cats choose you (even though your current client Buzzy needs to be sedated to be taken care of)!!!!! Please don t take it personally.

We have always held Chestnut Hill Cat Clinic in high regard. Our cat Stella is very difficult to manage when she has a vet appointment and the staff is always calm, courteous and friendly to her. We are very happy we have Chestnut Hill to manage Stella’s healthcare.
