I appreciated the time taken. We had many questions about our stray and Rebecca was wonderful in calming her down. Rose (I apologize if I forgot the correct name) was also very helpful in providing us with some essentials to help settle down the kitten at home.

We trust Dr. Hahns advice and we appreciate how gentle she is with our cats.

Dr. Hehn was excellent. She took time to explain the ringworm infection to me, discussed appropriate treatment plans, and most importantly, eased my concerns about this disease.

The atmosphere was warm and caring and Dr. Hehn was very generous with her time. She handled my shy kitty with the utmost gentleness and respect and reassured me with clear explanations about what might be wrong, what was the next step to take and clear directions re: medicine to be given. We are new to the area and were thrilled to find a cats-only veternarian. Rose is absolutely wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. I loved that everyone I encountered were cat people and everything, from the exam room to the processes were designed specifically to calm kitties!

There was an emergency situation in the other room. The technician came in to explain what she could and requested my patience. I greatly appreciated the care give to the other cat parent, and me. This clinic is a class act!

I really appreciated how everyone, from the receptionist to the person who came to explain the bill to me took the time out to ask about my Baby, even asking how I got him! They were very thorough, very gentle, and didn t make me feel like they were ripping me off. Also the cleanest facility I ve ever been to. I recommend them a thousand percent.
