I m so happy I found Dr. Runnels and the Hero Brace. Shadow didn t have to go through surgery and we are now able to walk without the brace on. He never minded it, and I like seeing him walk normal each day now.

I was very impressed with Dr. Runnels and her assistant. It is so exciting to find holistic veterinary care! The sensitivity, competence, knowledge and friendliness of Dr. Runnels was most comforting. Auggie is doing much better with his skin allergy and his cognitive dissonance. This was our first experience with Mariposa after several recommendations. We absolutely LOVED our experience and couldn t have been happier. Dr. Burcham was amazing with our bird, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. After a negative experience with a different vet practice we were concerned with how our bird would do, but he felt so comfortable right from the start that he was chattering away from the get go. The piece of mind we have knowing there is a place where we all feel comfortable is incredible. Thank you!

I have been to other bird vets, and by far Dr. Burcham is the most gentle in handling this challenging pet. I have complete faith in her with my birds!

Our animals are our babies and we wouldn t intrust their health to anyone but our friends at Mariposa! Dr. Dodson always takes her time with us and never recommends a vaccine or procedure that isn t completely necessary. She always offers an alternative, when there is one, so we never feel we re doing something to our babies that isn t completely necessary. We love Mariposa s holistic approach (to include pet parents). We are part of our pet s journey and even when it has been time to say goodbye to one of them, we feel just as comforted as our pet does. This is a truly special group of people and we are lucky to be part of the Mariposa fur family!!

Mariposa is probably the most beautiful Vet clinic I have ever seen. The atmosphere is more like walking into someone s home, rather than a sterile impersonal clinic. Every staff member is warm and helpful, and they are willing to do anything they can to make your experience comfortable. 10/10

The vet tech who drew Jersey s blood seemed a bit impatient and not willing to listen to how we had coaxed her into having her blood drawn. Another vet tech came in and was able to draw her blood. Wasn t thrilled about the first vet tech s tone/energy.

You need to clone Dr.Burcham. Thank you for the excellent support and care for my fuzzies.

I wish I didn t have to wait so long several times and the bird, although very interesting to watch, can be irritating when it shrieks. If the choice is to leave it somewhere alone or at the facility, I choose facility
