Dr Dodson has the best chair-side manner! Explains well, educates, answers all ?’s thoroughly AND she seems to really enjoys a veterinarian. And does it flawlessly during these crazy covid times. And the desk crew were wonderfully and nice. Helped me with food selection. Thank you!

The staff is always friendly and that is appreciated. I didnt like the curb-side pickup and not getting to come in with my dogs as I typically like to ask some questions and get feedback from the vet.

Everyone was amazing and getting in and out went like clockwork ! Just ate scheduled out quite far for yearly checks which is understandable with COVID

Dr. Erin Runnells is excellent in so many ways ... Courteous, knowledgeable,and outstanding bedside manner- so to speak. Her Chinese medicine-Homeopathy knowledge is really appreciated. 4-stars are COVID related delays which are understandable. Biggest issue was I waited in parking lot about 20 min past my appt time. Wasn t a big deal for me but perhaps an indicator that more time is needed between clients as the parking lot was FULL (I had to park in handicap spot and felt bad).

Thank you for always taking such great care of our pets. Even when we aren t able to physically be in their appointments due to COVID, we are still assured the best care by everyone at Mariposa. We are really grateful for both the techs and doctors there! :)

We typically use the Comfort Room, which is quite cluttered. Removing the overly large plants would be a great start. It would also benefit from having an easy-to-clean mat in lieu of the indoor-outdoor rug that’s in there now.

We only had a quick shot (10min appointment) but I had to book almost 15 days in advance. I am sure it is due to social distancing but that seems a little too long.

As always the staff at Mariposa Vet provided great care for our animals. Talking to Luci, who diligently looked to find an appointment for Rosco, who was suffering was a pure joy. Thank you Luci!!!
