Need more compassion when giving shots.

Everything was superb!

Dr. Runnels has always been an excellent vet for my dogs. She and the staff are friendly and though very busy seem to genuinely care. I really appreciate everyone who staffs Mariposa! I would really appreciate a call or text, not an email when Sunny Jo s titers come in so I know what I need to do if they are not adequate. I seldom get time except on the weekends to check email. Thank you!

You guys always provide phenomenal care for my pets, and I so appreciate that. I was a little surprised at the bill this time around, because I was given a breakdown before making the appointment of how much a dental cleaning could cost. It listed the full dental x-rays as optional, so I didn t expect them to be done unless I had asked. No one asked if I wanted to have them done, but I was charged for them, which was an additional $120 I hadn t budgeted for. A little disappointed in that

I have no criticism! The wait time for an appt is beyond the clinic s control and thus not a true critique. I have never been so impressed upon a first visit before...I hope the job load lightens up for all the staff....on my end, you guys are worth waiting for. Thank you for treating us so kindly....

Dr. BURCHAM was attentive and listened to my concerns for my bird. She was very Gental with her. I am pleased to have found a vet practice that has Avain vet s in the practice.

Because of COVID, your patients waited in the parking lot for their turn. It was so full! And I was amazed at all the different sizes of dogs and how efficiently you handled all of us! In and out quickly! Good job!!

Easy and clean office? Sure..but the bigger issue - - - We came in for acupuncture on the advice of our vet; Gidget was treated instead with cold laser? Ever since, she has declined significantly. She was on the upswing, since Thursday she is now experiencing extreme pain.

My husband took Lucca to see Dr Runnels, and he told me that she is the best veterinarian he has ever known! I agree!!! The best part is that Lucca loves her too!!!!!

Dr Carrier really seemed to care about our beagles and what I had to say. I had another vet s office fax records over for two dogs. Mariposa said they only received the set of records for one dog and I was disappointed to find that out as I had called to ask if they were received before the visit. The next day after my appointment I had a call from Mariposa and staff said that our second dog s records were in the same stack and that you had separated then out and saved them in each separate dogs files. I appreciate the attention to detail and letting me know that our other vet s office sent both dogs records to your office.

We are thankful for the entire staff for being so friendly and helpful every time we come in!

Loved it! Loved the atmosphere, cleanliness and loved the time they took to talk to me and see my pet. Just wish I could have gotten an appointment sooner (took almost a month). When I got there I had to wait more than 20 min even though my appointment was at 10.30am. Overall great service and great staff

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially considering the current pandemic. I was also happy with how well they handled my rabbit (although I ll admit HE wasn t too thrilled about it).

Everything was very easy, from drop-off to paying over the phone. I appreciate you guys fitting Hank in for his Bordetella vaccine before he was overdue. Everyone is so sweet to Hank, so I know even when I can t go inside with him that he is in excellent hands.

I would have liked to know in advance that it might be possible to enter the office. Because it was last minute notice, Iwas not prepared. There was a note on Frizbee’s receipt that was not mentioned to me regarding adding ACV to her water daily. I will call the office to get clarification.
