Please work on being more available to your clients. If I need to make an appointment to bring my pet in, the next available appointment won t be for 3-4 weeks later. We need to be able to book an appointment same day or at the most 1 week later. Not almost a month. That s not putting the pets first.

Both Diana and Dr Mercer were excellent.

Diana was extremely attentive making our first visit to this office amazing. The doctor explained everything as he was doing it and told us his thoughts along the way.
