I would and will recommend your facility to all pet parents.

I am extremely disappointed that you no longer have boarding for dogs that might not get along with other dogs. Our dog has boarded many times in the years past but I can no longer board him with you because of your new rules. I understand the reasoning for not wanting him in a group setting, but it would be nice if you could handle boarding on an individual basis also.

Everyone & Everything was Great! I noticed how squeaky clean the floor was even though it was getting to be late afternoon. Overall rooms & seating looked exceptionally clean! All Staff was very patient & kind. I am very grateful we can wait in lobby again!!

I ended up showing up on an earlier date than my appt. in error but they fit me in so I didn t have to return. I didn t have proof that my two dogs should have gotten 3 year certificates and was told that if I sent proof that I would get updated certificates so I texted copies of both notices as requested. Thank you.

My girl gets excited when she see we’re at Small Animal. I got out of the car and she crying to get out. She doesn’t always do that. I feel safe that she’s excited to be there. To me that’s a good sign.

I thought I was being sold a bill of goods. To many appointments and not enough doctors.

Can t say enough good things about everyone here. I am so happy with how they treat me and my dogs. Dr. Mercer, Mariel, Diana, Karen...everyone. I ve been to many veterinarians looking for the right fit. These are the folks we are choosing to care for our precious little senior dog as she enters her winter years.

When your a Senior and trying to get your Fur baby fixed doing the bundle and not needing somethings in it but you have to pay for it,hurts the pocket book just saying.
