We are very pleased with the care our cat Westley received from an abscess. Dr. Kirsner performed the surgery. She explained the procedure thoroughly and what to expect in after care. She is very compassionate and caring. Dr. Mercer was involved in the follow up appointment and although we didn t see him personally, we are very pleased with the outcome. All of the office staff are very efficient but special kudos to Karen who always goes above and beyond to make the office visits personal and welcoming. She is truly an asset. The only complaint was Max hair was cut too short. Other times it was trimmed perfect

The staff at Small Animal Care is amazing, they are all so nice and caring and they make me feel good about leaving my fur babies in their care.

Good Visit

Everyone was nice & greeted my daughter & I when we walked in with our new pup Lucy. We Felt comfortable everyone being safe & wearing there masks. Appointment was quick and everything was explained in detail all my questions were answered. Booked next appointment and know that Lucy will be in good hands at all our upcoming visits.

Excellent staff

A wonderful staff always polite and very helpful. I am very happy with the staff and the groomer is absolutely amazing.

Grooming is always excellent! But I am uncertain if I am supposed to tip or if tips are allowed? Elizabeth 100% deserves it.
