This was our first visit. Everyone was very nice, professional, and so sweet to my dog Norbirt. Doctor was informative to his condition and how to use the medicine. Office was clean and welcoming.

Thank you for taking care of my life partner in a safe and COVID-friendly way. I appreciate the social distancing. While I cannot be in the room with my little gal, I know that she is in good hands and someone is constantly on the phone keeping me informed every step of the way. I also called to see if I could come a little bit early, and that was accommodated, too. Many thanks!

The anti-inflammatories seem to be working wonders. I hate not being able to see the doctor in person and accompany my dog inside.

I really appreciate the doc getting us in to save us on an emergency bill.

I can’t wait to get back to going in on office visits I miss the one in one. Other than that I love the team at Bryan road animal hospital

VIA phone, yes. Everything was great! Just talking over the phone (in todays normal) was a 5 star! I know our Jodie is being well loved and taken care of Thank you to everyone for staying open and making us feel good that you all are there for our fur-baby.

Always a pleasure visiting with Dr William Wright and his staff. Have been with him for many many years and highly recommend Bryan Road Animal Hospital for all your pets needs.

Dr. Vricella and stuff are awesome. They always take excellent care of my guinea pigs.

Being able to even walk your pet into the front door was very comforting. The staff I spoke to from the first time I called to make the appointment were so kind and informative. The Dr didn t seem to rush me off the phone at all! In fact I feel like all my questions were answered, I got lots of information I did not know before, and she eased my mind. I knew everyone there actually cared about Suka.

I just want to say thank you to Lyse and team. You saved our dogs life this week and are all consistently so great and sweet and provide such great care! Thank you and keep up the great work because it’s why we take the time to drive a little further to see you!
