I think its about time we start letting owners in with their pets now.

First time bringing my pet here and LOVED it! Very informative and took the time to address all of our concerns. Very thorough! they were also amazing with my pet!

My experience at this hospital is always positive. Staff/doctors are trustworthy and updated on health trends. As covid restrictions ease across the state/county, I hope to be able to come inside with my pet.

Since we are still social distancing, I did not comment on the office.

I thought everyone was great

Dr. Clapper is amazing as well as the techs that helped me with my dog, Riley. Patient in answering all my questions and so thorough in finding all the best treatments for him. Thank you for all you do.

I had a great experience. I called first thing in the morning for an appointment because my puppy wasn’t feeling well and they squeezed him in. The staff and doctor were super nice and informative. It was a great first experience.

The only thing I am not happy about was that I couldn t come in to the office with Chico - I hope this restriction is gone the next time I need to bring her in.

It took 3 weeks to get in. But we are new to the clinic. From my first phone call to get my dog in to be seen, to the time we paid and walked out the door I felt like everyone cared. The appt we had gave us more hope and answers than the 3 we had with our previous vet. Who our dog has been going to for the last 9 years, and we have been customers of that clinic for over 20 years. We came to you with hopelessness and a last effort to help our sweet pup. We left with our hearts filled with hope and direction. We sincerely cannot thank you enough!

As usual, everyone was wonderful to work with. The office is clean and well run, even during the pandemic. Dr. Wright is knowledgeable and experienced as well as kind and gentle with our dogs. We have trusted him with the care of our pets for years!

I hadnt had a dog to a Veterinarian since l was seeing Dr Wright in St Louis. Was it called. Howdershell Animal Clinic? Have known and been a client of Dr Wright since late 70 s. Honestly. I always felt Bill had no competition from others. I hope he is doing well. Your Facilities, what l was able to see with the precautions we must consider at this time, they looked impeccable! The staff l met were beyond incredible! Seems like Bryan Road Animal Hospital has the Winning Team. Hoping l won t need to come back for any serious issues, while at the same time, l now have confidence l have the Wright , place to go if they happen. Sorry, couldnt pass up the Pun!
