In all your emails and post cards, no one asked how I was doing (Kenny the parakeet) after the visit. I think it would be thoughtful to ask after a pet comes in ill and is treated. By the way, the parakeet returned to normal after the second treatment and continues its treatment and good condition as of today.

We recently had to euthanize our English mastiff and though all around it was a terrible situation I can honestly say it was the most peaceful passing I could have ever hoped for. The staff is wonderful and very understanding.
